Refund and Liability Policy

Refund Policy:

1. Non-Refundable Services and Products: All treatments and products provided by The Aeon Aesthetics are non-refundable once received or used by the client.

2. Cancellation and Refund Eligibility: Clients may request a refund within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase provided that no treatment sessions have been utilized. Refunds will not be issued once any part of a treatment course or package has commenced.

3. Medical Cancellation: If a client is advised by a medical professional to discontinue treatments for any health-related reasons, the client must provide a medical report from their physician to qualify for a refund. If sessions from a package have already been used prior to the discontinuation, the cost of these sessions will be deducted from any refundable amount at the pay-as-you-go rate.
    

Limitation of Liability:

1. Unforeseen Side Effects: The Aeon Aesthetics shall not be held liable for any unforeseen side effects or complications resulting from treatments provided, unless directly caused by the negligence of The Aeon Aesthetics' staff.
